Automated audit tools are good at measuring what can be measured: response times, heading structure, image sizes, missing tags, broken links, accessibility signals. That information is genuinely useful, and we use it.
What a tool cannot do is judge context. It does not know that your business sells three services and only one of them is visible on the website. It does not know that your busiest enquiry route is a WhatsApp number that is hidden below three screens of scrolling on mobile. It cannot tell you which of forty flagged issues actually matters for your kind of business.
So we combine the technical signals with a person reading the website the way a customer would, and increasingly the way an AI assistant does when it tries to summarise what a business offers. The output is a short, readable explanation instead of a long list of colour-coded warnings.
The unifying question behind every check we run is simple: can a customer, a search engine and an AI-assisted answer system all understand this business and work out what to do next?
